life groups
Life groups, also referred to as Small Groups, are a great place for you to bring the essence of Jesus-centered community into your daily life and home.
Set up around the start of each academic year, Life Groups are formed and reformed to give our members a chance to connect more personally with a smaller set of the congregation. Life Groups often share meals, review a bible study or book, work through a discussion guide, play games or simply relax in each other’s company on a monthly or twice-monthly basis. While the initial commitment to a Life Group is about one year, many groups have been thriving for quite some time.

coffee break
For women longing for a personal relationship with Christ or who are simply lonely and weary from daily life, our Coffee Break ministry on Tuesday mornings is a place to grow in a community of faith. Coffee and tea are served at 9:30am and small groups meet from 9:30am to 11:00am to spend time discussing a lesson for the week. For infants, nursery is available and children ages two through preschool will attend Coffee Break’s Story Hour where your child will be introduced to God and His world in an age-appropriate way.
All ladies are welcome, both Lakeside members and those from the surrounding community.
